wax, shave, trim, etc.
i prefer to just buzz it.
i'm a 48-year-old woman. i have hair. if you (the proverbial you) have an issue with it, you don't get to play there.

So funny as I asked my husband that years ago and he said no he didn’t feel that way. I find that the response is much better though with less and more nothing.

Yeah, I guess. I guess it goes into a bigger realm with the fact that women are expected to shave armpits, legs, etc. And there is this whole thing about what is “acceptable.”
Rosa’s Penn Station pizza slice (is Rosa’s still around?) or wood floors, do what YOU want.

Yeah, men shave to make their dicks look bigger! Don’t know if they actually do it for women.
ETA: I actually had a man say after I shaved that I look clean now. Like wtf says that? Needless to say he was dumped after that. I shaved for my own personal reasons that time and not to look good for a guy.

that is not the only reason men shave down there or other places on their body. If I asked my husband to manscape as he would get more, he would do it in a second
I guess you take this more personally and get upset more of someone telling you what you should do even if it is just advice. Give and take for any relationship and if that is a main issue, then I can see why the rest of the relationship would not work.

I think my point is men do it solely for themselves and women don’t always do it for themselves, but rather what society has imposed they *should* do. It grates on y nerves. That women are so scrutinized.

Well we will have to agree to disagree as I don’t think men solely do it for themselves. Just like many women solely do it for themselves and not what men what or just what society tells them to.
