Where were all the Trick-or-Treaters???

My neighborhood is normally packed with families on Halloween. People drive to my neighborhood from other parts of the town to come and trick-or-treat.

I easily go through $100+ in candy each year. I'bve been buying a bag or two each shopping trip just to make sure I had enough.

I had FIVE kids. FIVE!!!

I have so much crap left over its not funny. My husband took it all to work this morning.

Where were all the Trick-or-Treaters???

We had a lot but for the first time in years, we have a lot of candy left (maybe because DS wrote a note to take 2 since we left our bucket out).

We had a lot. We had three big bags of candy and there was only a handful left.

We had very few as well. 4 groups. Maybe 12-15 total kids. On a local parent's FB group, a lot of people said they got in the single digits.

Went through almost 3 bags when usually we barely finish off 1. Better turnout this year than usual.

We had like five groups of kids. It was drastically down. My town had three trunk or treat events this year which I think reduced the number of kids going TOT in neighborhoods.

Had about 60, but they didn't start until around 2:00. It was maybe a little more than average

We had a million kids. Went thru all my candy and I bought a lot. 60 full size candy bars and then a huge bag of small candy where I let everyone take two. Easily about 125 kids.

We usually have a bunch of kids and we got only 8.

None. And I had panicked bc I didn’t think I had enough candy and Target had no more left and was setting up for Xmas. But, didn’t even need it after all

Much fewer kids this year than last year. I bought so much based on how many kids came last year and have so much left over. It will be donated to a food pantry that puts bags together for the upcoming holidays

We had the most we had in years. It was a steady flow from 2pm until about 6 and that was only because some teenage boys stole our candy bucket. The kids were still out until almost 8.

And as usual I STILL bought too much candy and now have to just eat it myself!

Minimal. Not even all the candy was taken from the bowl.

We always have lots. They close off the streets because it so popular. My kids had over 16 pound bags coming home.

I usually get very few trick or treaters and I always overbuy candy so this year I bought a piddly amount and had about 30 trick or treaters by 12:30. I couldn't believe it. I had to dive into my kids trunk or treat candy to replenish. We left shortly after that but my bowl was empty when we came home.

I guess it's the cyclic nature of the neighborhoods. My mom is usually mobbed and had only 12. Maybe kids aged out.

We went through probably 350+ pieces of candy.

We had a pretty good amount. My parents in Queens were MOBBED. They said they went through over 600 pieces of candy. Queens trick or treating is the best.

We usually get 0 (my street is undesireable for TOT) but this year we got about 10. So to me that was huge!
