Re: Kyle Rittenhouse—-NOT GUILTY
It does not surprise me he was found not guilty. It should have been a mistrial with prejudice. The prosecutor did a terrible job and failed to provide defense counsel with evidence in the proper format. The judge was also very biased. However, there were so many failures on the part of the prosecution that from the evidence shown and the prosecution witness saying he was the aggressor to Kyle Rittenhouse, all but sealed the not guilty verdict.

Yep- I honestly think that witness for the prosecution is what sealed the verdict

Hope he sues as many as he can. This is the reason this country is the way it is. Even the president called him a white supremacist. This is why we can’t move ahead.

I agree.
It’s also interesting how the media painted a picture early on with incorrect info - that his mom drove him and his weapon.to Kenosha.

So much for trying to bring the country together as he likes to claim… he flat out told people to go protest. Where’s the impeachment for him?!?

I did not think the judge was biased. The prosecutor was a moron who was defying him knowingly. He literally asked why Kyle chose to remain silent after he was arrested. That is a virtual no-no in the legal world. How in the hell did the prosecutor not know that? He also willfully disregarded the judge's previous rulings. It may come across as biased, but the prosecutor was either inept, ill-prepared or just plain stupid. (Prosecutor also pointed a gun straight at the jury?!?)

Yup its mind blowing. How is he a white supremacist? The amount of people claiming racism and white supremacy because a white person defended himself by killing other white people, including a convicted pedophile. It blows my mind. Can someone make it make sense? We officially live in clown world.
I am proud of the jurors though. Despite intense intimidation they stuck to their guns and used the evidence to come to a verdict as it should be.

(Prosecutor also pointed a gun straight at the jury?!?) the judge should have thrown out the gun charge much earlier. It can influence a jury when charges are thrown just before sending the case to the jury. There was a lot of media misinformation. Until the case started I thought he was guilty, but after listening to the trial, it was 100% evident this case should never have made it to trial and he was not guilty. This should have been a mistrial with prejudice.

Kyle Rittenhouse—-NOT GUILTY
He had NO business being there!
Now, let's see cases thrown out of battered women who killed spouses in self defense.

You are correct. He shouldn't have been there. But the trial wasn't about whether he should have been there or not. It was a murder trial. So the jury got it right. And yes, self defense is self defense and nobody should be in jail for self defense.

Exactly. Using better judgement he shouldn't have gone but neither should have anyone else TBH.
10000% agree with the battered women quote.

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse—-NOT GUILTY
I am disgusted with the smiling face next to your subject. I truly don’t understand how anyone could be happy about this killer going free. And not only is he going free, he is being hailed as a hero. It makes no sense to me. He is a white supremacist who went to a BLM protest with his rifle to kill people. And that’s exactly what he did. What is there to smile about?

Sounds like you haven’t really kept up with this and spouting off things that you heard from the liberal media.

I suggest you read the real story or watch excerpts from the trial to get the true story, not what was fed to you from the media.
While I do not agree he should have gotten off totally free, as I don't believe in walking around with an assault rifle, but he was protecting himself from rioters and someone holding a gun to his head. It was not a peaceful BLM protest, it was a riot hiding under the guise of BLM.

Also it was not his rifle - it was given to him for self defense.

It was his. His friend purchased with his money since he was underage.

Except he didn't kill any black people. He did kill a disgusting white pedophile though....in self defense. And one of the people he shot admitted on the stand that he pointed a gun at Kyle's head first and that Kyle shot him in self defense. There was no way the jury could have found any other way given the evidence presented. Politics has no place in the court room

Did you bother even looking at the actual FACTS and watching the trail IRL or are you just spitting out some random crazy theories you heard second hand?I highly suggest you look at the actual evidence and facts presented at trial then try to open your mind even a a little to see how the jury came to their verdict, even after they the jury were intimidated.
It never ceases to amaze me how easy it is to brainwash people...
