What’s for dinner?

I had a late lunch of pasta with truffles.

Might have a late dinner of salmon with roasted potatoes and leeks.

Probably pasta with chicken. Been a very busy week and it's just the kids and I tonight so I want to keep it quick and simple. Chat Icon

Took out pork chops last night and since it was just hubby and me, we got Gyros.

Probably going to marinate, grill and make a huge salad for all of us.

Re: What’s for dinner?

DH is making his buffalo chicken cauliflower dish that I don't like- I hate cauliflower- so I'll probably just make myself English muffin pizza or something equally unsophisticated and delicious!
LOL

Would love to hear this buffalo cauliflower dish. I am a sucker for anything with buffalo sauce. I often have a tablespoon of it a day on its own to curb food cravings.

Buffalo cauliflower has been all the rage around here for a couple years now. Most of the time it's fried and drowned in buffalo sauce.

I think I am going to take my kids out somewhere because we have to go to the airport for their global entry interviews. Dreading that.

Yes, I know cauliflower has been a trend for a while. I’m asking her for the recipe. That’s all.
