Re: Hotels with Meal plans
I can give you a ton of places in Florida that meet all of the requirements except food plans. Most resorts I have been to in the US do not have meal plans or all inclusive options

Yeah - I think the only all inclusive in FL is the Club Med Sandpiper.

In the Keys: Playa Largo Resort and Spa Key Largo- soooo beautiful and in a lovely setting. It was truly the most beautiful setting and the resort was excellent
Isla Bella Resort- we didn't get to go because Covid cancelled our trip in April 2020, and now the prices are way higher of course, but it looks amazing and I'm dying to rebook
Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Beach: Margaritaville Hollywood Beach- such a lovely resort. Super clean, new, modern, upscale, 2 pools (one with a small water slide) right on the beach and boardwalk just lovely
On the Gulf Coast
Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater- always a favorite. Just amazing service and experience. You feel special and spoiled from the second you get there.
Opal Sands is their sister resort down the beach as well- I haven't stayed at that one because I like the location of Sandpearl better- but it looks lovely as well
Miami/South Beach- Loews Miami Beach... loved this resort. South Beach is...well....South Beach... lol But it's an oasis in the craziness of that area

I know you said Florida, but the Hilton Rose Hall in Jamaica fits your specifications. Lazy River, slides, activities throughout the day, nightly entertainment, all inclusive, extremely safe. We’ve been three years in a row. Oh, and it’s ten minutes from the airport.
