What is your return and exchange policy?
DSW gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise when accompanied by the sales receipt dated within 30 days of return for a full refund or exchange. Refund will be made in the form of original payment. Returns made after 30 days will be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit for original purchase price. If receipt is unavailable, DSW will exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current sales price. Identification is required for all non-receipted returns.

Hey, @burberrygirl you may take exchange of your purchase as DSW claims that you can return the unworn products within 60days. If you don’t have the receipt then too you can return the shoe but your refund will be provided in the form of gift and it will be equal to the current selling price.
