Total Rewards Statement
Have you ever gotten this at a job you have held?
This is the first time I have ever gotten this and I know they say your salary is always considered higher with the "extras" but didn't realize how much higher it was.

Total Rewards Statement
Yes. It’s very eye opening. I had a great ST disability benefit at my old job, in which I received more money than when I worked as it was 60% of my salary without taxes (used for maternity leave). My new company has horrible ST disability- only the state program.

I was shocked as it is more then $30,000 my base pay.
