Spin-off question for those that recently had CoVID
If you know when you were exposed, how many days was it before you were symptomatic/tested positive?

I know where I was exposed because my friend with me also had it. I got symptoms two days after exposure. I thought I just had a bad headache and a sore throat because I hadn’t slept much. I tested positive two days later after getting an alert on my phone that I was exposed.

Re: Spin-off question for those that recently had CoVID
My 3 year old had covid so I quarantined with him upstairs in our house. Obviously, I knew I was going to get sick. I tested positive 3 days into quarantine and was symptomatic 4 days in. I got it MUCH worse than he did. By the time I got sick, he was better. I was sick for about a week, the worst being the first three days. Extreme fatigue lasted almost 2 weeks though.
ETA: The worst part was that I had to keep my now feeling better 3 year old in quarantine with me while I was so ill. My husband and daughter did not get it.

My friend has it now. She was exposed Saturday night, had some symptoms Monday but tested negative. Then tested positive Tuesday.
