Making lunch for a "picky eater"!!
I have no idea what to make my friend for Thursday when I have her over for lunch. She is older and very health conscious. Hopefully she will get back to me and let me know what she doesn't eat so I can narrow it down. But what are some good "safe" dishes for lunch?

My DH is extremely picky - on the weekends for lunch I find cold cuts are good b/c he can choose what he wants to put on his sandwich.
salad with grilled chicken or shrimp is also usually good.
hopefully she gives you some suggestions - good luck!

What about something like a salad platter with Hummous, Pita Bread, Cucumbers, lettuce leaves, Sliced Tomatoes...
Thats my favorite kind of healthy lunch thing. Usually I follow it by eating a bar of chocolate and a HUGE order of Fries, so go figure!!!
