Anyone here on FF? What constitutes "sleep deprived?"
On CD 13 I went to bed at 2am and woke up at 5:37am (but didnt get up to pee or anything) and then woke at 6am (normal temping time) to take my temp. I checked off "sleep deprived" because I went to bed at 2am. Should I uncheck it? I am not really too certain what constitutes "sleep deprived" My chart has a white circle on it....
As for today, I woke up at 5:30 b/c DH woke up early and I figured it would be best to just take my temp at that time instead of going back to sleep and waking up at 6am. Should I do the temp adjust for this morning and uncheck sleep deprived for CD13?
THANKS!

Hi!
If you only slept 3 hours, that's sleep deprived in my book. Not enough time for your body to get back to normal!

According to all I've read, 3 hours is what you need in order to get an accurate BBT. So, I think you should uncheck "sleep deprived" it since it seems you got 3 hrs of sleep!
Also, I would just input your temp at 5:30 and leave it as is. 30 minutes isn't a HUGE difference.
