Are there any side effects to Pre Natal vitamins?
Just curious?

I make sure to take mine with food otherwise they make me nauseous. I haven't had any other side effects....

nails and hair will grow faster
definitely take with food though! I always take mine right after dinner.

nope not really. some have been said to give u a stomach ate but i am taking Natelle and so far so good.

Since I started my prenatals several months ago, I have gotten a ton of complements on my hair and nails. Both of which have grown so much since beginning the vitamins. Mine are prescription however, not sure if OTC would give the same result.
no effect whatsoever on stomach.

I am taking the rite-aid brand, absolutely no side effects (knock on wood), very gentle on the stomach, better than the One -A-Day I used to take.

Some people I know have complained of constipation.
I take a B-complex multi-vitamin with folic acid and vitamin C. No complaints here, but my fingernails grow faster than they used to.

Mine are too!!  They are perfectly shaped too! Also my hair is growing much faster, and its got amazing shine! I go for a Cutting every other month!
