how soon to start prenatal vitamins?
We're not really TTC for about another year, but how soon do you go off the pill and take prenatals?

I went off the pill and started prenatals 2 months before getting pregnant...I think 3 months should be good.

I was told that I should be off the pills for 3 consecutive cycles before TTC....but I can start prenatals as soon as I want...the earlier the better

I went off the pill in June and started prenatals in July. My Dr said we can start TTC anytime after my second AF after being off the pill. That's happening now so we'll be TTC next month.

My doctor told me to start taking them now, and I am still on the pill. She said it is a good way to get into the habit and it can't cause any harm!

I am going to stop the BCP and start the prenatals after that for at least 3 months then TTC.
