Red Velvet Cake?

I am taking the easy way out with this one and buying the Duncan Hines boxed mix

What is the best way to make it? 2 rounds? In a Bundt? As a sheet cake?

Also - what is the typical frosting that goes on a red velvet?

I'm not sure what type of pan...but, I think a cream cheese frosting goes well on these cakes...I think you can buy it in the can at the supermarket...
