Spinning class??
Has anyone ever tried it? Just took my first class this morning. All I can say is "wow". It was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!!

I haven't tried it yet, but now that I joined a gym I think I'm going to try one out... I was always too scared to try one at school

I have found that most people either love the class or hate it. There is no middle ground. I have been taking spin for a while now and have always loved it. Even when I don't take a class, I find myself doing more cardio on the stationary bike rather than the treadmill. I am glad you like spin as much as me!

I love my spin class. I take a class every Tuesday and Friday mornings at 5:45 am and it is the best work out and it is fun.

It is hard the first and second class. I remember the first spin instructor that I had made me promise to come three times because after the second time your legs adjust to it. It is totally worth it though. I try to take 2-3 classes a week.
