Oh gosh, I don't even remember how I did it- LOL!!!
I know I had trouble a couple of times.
Did you make sure it's a JPEG?
I think that's what I had to do.
Sorry I can't be of more help, I'm a computer dummy!

ok what you do is once you save it open it up and then you have to save it as a jpeg. see i got mine to work but i look like tinkerbell.
