Calming down
There are so many people that tell other people to relax a little and pregnancy will probably happen. I have to admit, I used to be one of these people. And I believed it. But now that I am here, I cant relax. I am temping, using OPK's and just this month started to observe CM. I feel like if I dont do this, I may miss my chance. How did you get yourself to calm down? Any suggestions???

Re: Calming down
Yoga is a great way to relax. So is going for a walk while listening to your Ipod.

Re: Calming down
I wish I had some advice on how to relax, that is a tough one for me too.
I am going to join a gym when I get back from my vacation @ the shore. HOpefully some quality time with the elliptical machine will help.

Re: Calming down
It does get better-at first I was a wreck but as time has gone on I have calmed down a lot. A lot of times I don't think about it until AF is about due

Re: Calming down
I'm going to focus on trying to lose some weight and eating better to take my mind of TTC....I really would like to enjoy TTC and not make a project out of it...no offense to those that are charting and trying to increase their chances...I personally have no patience and would drive myself and DH nuts!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Calming down
I am reading a great book right now that deals with stress and TTC. Conquering Infertility: Dr. Alice Domar's Mind/Body Guide to Enhancing Fertility and Coping with Infertility by Alice D. Domar and Alice Lesch Kelly It is not necessarity for infertility, has some great chapters on stress reduction and coping with TTC.
