BCP and AF

I'm having cramps today and i'm worried that they may be AF cramps. As of June i stopped taking my BCP and once AF was over in june we started TTC ever since. In July i got AF on the 8th and then this month i got her on the 8th again. My problem is i'm not sure when i was ovulating. I have heard that with going off BCP your periods are irregular but do i use the Aug 8th date to determine when i could have been Ovulating? Me and DH BD on Tuesday (Aug 22nd) which since i got AF on the 8th i would have been ovulating then. Also usually a week before AF is due i get a Urinary Tract infection like clockwork and this month nothing. What are the chances that i could be prego? Can i test now or is it too soon? I've also been reading about Implantation cramping - i was wondering if it could be that?

So it look like you BD on CD14. Ovulation occurs at least 10 days after AF.

Its possible and hard to tell since coming off BCP can make ur cycles a little wacky. My 3rd month off BCP was normal-28 days.
