what's wrong with me??

hi..im pretty new here but i have been reading the posts here for a while..
we have been ttc for 6 months and i am getting very frustrated..i don't understand what is going wrong.i already have a 3 year old..we have been trying everything and it's just not working..every month is a waiting game..could something have gone wrong with my c-section??
any advice would be helpful..TIA

This is pretty common. My sister got PG within the first 3 months with her first 2, then it took 15 months to conceive the 3rd.
It took me 6 months to conceive my 1st PG ( I just M/C in July). I will start again this month.

How old are you? How are your periods? Regular? Do you have spotting before your periods? Do you know when you ovulate?

thanks you so much for your response..i am 28 going on 29 very soon..my periods are very regular 29 dys ..this month did the ovulation predictior and bd when i got a smiley face but it didnt work..i have become more aware of my body since reading these posts and i am starting think that my problem may be little to no cm..
i feel like with every month that passes i try something new..my dr. says not to worry until it's been 8 months ..i didnt think i would have to wait that long but i am starting to think that i may have to worry soon..

eta--i do have spottiing before my periods..why do you ask ...TIA
