So all your prayers worked..
...we found out that the tech who read my MIL's test results READ THEM WRONG Her Dr said it looks like she may have had a mini stroke, not brain cancer. They are still doing tests but are 99% sure it isn't brain cancer. She will still be battling the lung cancer, but she has been fighting that for 6 years so we are very hopeful.
This is why people should be sure to get second even third opinions!!!

It wasn't her Dr. It was some tech. When she went to the Dr and she read the results herself she was like they messed up. I'm surprised my FIL didn't kill someone.

Their excuse was that her Dr was on vacation and they wanted her to start radiation right away, which would make sense if she needed it!!

so sorry to hear that but so glad it worked out this way. I too am working with a doctor who has his head up his butt.
I've been hearing more of this lately..I wonder if these people are just too overworked and make fast diagnosis.
