Dear Joseph
Please tone down the Alex P. Keaton routine. I thought it was cute but strange that you like to dress up in ties & bring a comb with you in case your crewcut got messed up. I even bought the apple that you insisted on getting for your teacher this week. When I asked you if you gave the teacher the apple, your reply has me questioning your parentage. No 5 year old should answer "Yes, I did. I think she was really pleased with me."
Don't get me wrong. I'm glad you're kissing azz at this new school. We need a place that won't throw you out for misbehaving. Heck, I'll buy the woman an apple tree if she will keep you in line. Just talk like a normal kid or Daddy will have to teach you to defend yourself this year.

I just love your posts Barbara! So how does Joseph really like his new school? The big debate is on in our house over the fact I want to send Andrew to Catholic grammar school and DH does not. Maybe Jospeh's likes can sway us one way here!
