why is it that my mil feels the need to tell people that we will be PG before the end of the year?? WHY???
yes, it's no secret we want a baby, but we don't have the space for it and we are not really financially stable, either.
I just hate that she feels it ok to comment on my uterus.
anyone else?

My XMIL was a nightmare.My X had 1 stepchild,4 bio and we had 1 together at the time..well we were at her house that night to tell her baby 7 was on the way..before I could say anything I over hear her telling everyone there "ThankG-D I'm done having Grandchildren"I politely walked up to the family and said "Suprise" I guess shes not a Psychic after all.

well, it sounds like she is the one who'll feel silly when the year is up.. and no baby! .. since it doesn't sound like you are ready.
I would almost not do it, just because she says it. To prove her wrong! But thats me.

My ex family would do the same thing. Always asking....so annoying. I finally told them that when they see me showelling strawberries down my throat at 2am it would be a good sign.

That would pizz me off to no end! To be telling people something like that-as if she knows what is gonna happen.
UGH- that kind of stuff irritates the heck out of me.
Imagine she had me as a DIL- 5 years and still no baby- ha ha!
