Does anyone else...
..Feel a little quesy bordering on nauesous a day or so before AF arrives?
I sometimes do- and then I start thinking I'm pregnant- but she shows up a day or so after that feeling.
Also hot flashes? I am always cold but sometimes I get so hot before AF.
Just wondering if this was a PMS sign for anyone else?

I used to get hot flashes when I was on the pill .. but now I don't get anything!!!!

I did last month. I was a couple of days late (travelling overseas will do it!) so I thought maybe I was pregnant.

YES! Every month - for me its usually the week before AF. Every month I complain to DH about the feeling and he is like - you are not sick, you have this every month before AF. He knows my body better than me. Or maybe its just all my complaining
