Phone Interviews
I had a mini phone interview today - do I send a thank you to the person I spoke with? She's the one recommending the candidates to the hiring manager.

I work in HR and I would say always send a thank. Actually a hand written note is always nice. I had a recruiter tel me that they prefer a hand written note because it shows that they took the time and it's more personable.
