Re: Getting back on track
SInce my HM, I feel way off track of my diet...today I'm starting to drink water again, and lots of it...I actually unfolded my total gym, lol...and I'm done with the sweets....I would start off by just drinking more water...its seems to fill me up...I also bought nuts and skim mozz sticks...which are good just to curve your appetite. also in the morning...eat something made with whole grains...this is the only time you should be eating carbs!

Re: Getting back on track
I know what it's like to get off track. What I have found works best is to just change, don't dwell on the fact that you're not on track (which is what I used to do). Start watching your portions, measure your food, make sure you exercise (even if only for 10 minutes). I know that I haven't been to the gym in a few weeks and I started to dwell on it. Well when I woke up yesterday, I just went to the gym. Then when I came home, I figured out my food for the day, etc.
HTH!

Re: Getting back on track
Try not to think of the LONG TERM . . . . take one day at a time. It becomes too overwhelming when you try to envision yourself doing this for the rest of your life. When you look at it one day at a time, it feels much more attainable.
