How many prenatals do you take a day?
I've only been taking 1 prenatal vitamin a day. My friend told me she read somewhere that you should take a minimum of 2 a day! How about you ladies? How many do you take a day?

one a day...they are prescribed by the doctor and those are the instructions

1 a day as well. I bought the over the counter kind. I showed them to my OBGyN and he said that they were fine

I take the "set" once a day @ night. There are 2 pills in each dose. The prenatal & a DHA pill or something for brain growth.

I was originally on the Prima Care that were one in the AM and one in the PM, but my Dr just switched me to the Prima Care that is just once daily.

There are some pre-natals that you take one in the am and one in the pm...I use PrimaCare One and that is one a day but the regular PrimaCare was one am and one pm...I think it is al about what makes your body comfortable. Ask your doc for suggestions....
