How often does everyone BD???
I don't know how often we need to BD, especially since my cycle is all crazy since I stopped taking the pill months ago.
What are you doing??
I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it.
Is every other day enough??
Thanks in advance.

Re: How often does everyone BD???
this is what I read in babycenter.com
If my periods are irregular, will it be harder for me to get pregnant? The more irregular your period is, the more difficult it is to predict ovulation. You can figure out the days you're most likely to be fertile by tracking when you ovulate each month. Say your cycle is 28 days one month, 21 days the next month, and 32 days the following month. Keep a record of your menstrual cycles for several months. Then subtract 17 from your shortest cycle and 11 from your longest cycle. The days in between the two are the ones you're most likely to be fertile
Can't we just try and see what happens? Of course, you don't have to plot basal body temperature or keep complicated logs if you don't want to. You don't even need to have an ****** to get pregnant. Try having sex at least twice a week and the law of averages will most likely prevail.

having an O draws the semen closer to the cervix
It depends on who you ask really with BDing....TCOYF says everyday if DH is healthy, my OB said every other day.

Re: How often does everyone BD???
We have tried it both ways. This month we did it every day, but I tried to space the sessions 36 hours apart. I figured a day and a half. What the heck, might just work.

Re: How often does everyone BD???
The reason for the every other day is for sperm count. Every day may lower sperm count and not be "as effective".
