stupid question!
I read posts where ladies say watch your cervical position and CM.... HOW? What do you look for?

I'm not sure of cervical position but your cm will change around the time of ovulation. Before ovulation its thinner then you might notice it's like the consistency of an egg white. That would be around the time of ovulation. It works well if your chart your tempreture along with this.
