Hot Irons...

I know they are bad but Im ADDICTED!!! My hair DOES NOT come out right when i blow it. In fact, its down right MESSY!!

The ceramic ones which I have, arent supposed to be as bad as the metal though.

I use the T3 blowdryer (better for your hair, quick dry time, and less frizz) and a Chi flat iron (less damage).

Yeah i have a ceramic one (it was like $150 Chat Icon ) and so that makes me feel better Chat Icon

I use a hot iron and I love it. I have a ceramic one. It's not as bad as the metal ones.

I'm the same way. The only thing I can tell you is make sure you have a really good one so it doesn't fry your hair.

Do you only use the iron or do you combo with the blowdryer?

I know the Chi ones are GREAT but very $$$$$.

Go to a good beauty supply store or Ulta and they will direct you

Yeah i use the blowdryer first but only to get the dampness out. I dont blow out my hair. Just finger dry

Yeah i use the blowdryer first but only to get the dampness out. I dont blow out my hair. Just finger dry



I know it's rare that we have time for this, but what I find is best for my hair is:

1. Let it air dry as long as possible
2. Blow it out
3. Use the ceramic iron minimally to finish the ends

When I let it air dry, there is definitely less stress on my hair from the blowdryer.

Maybe you can try it over the weekend when you have more time.
