BRAD PITT COULD REPLACE TOM CRUISE IN MISSION IMPOSSIBLE

Is Brad Pitt stealing Tom Cruise's role as the star of the Mission Impossible movies? Paramount Pictures has now chosen Pitt to play the lead in the next Mission: Impossible, according to reports. Sources claim Brad would play a new operative, not Tom's character Ehtan Hunt. "If Paramount was serious about continuing the Mission: Impossible franchise without Tom Cruise in the lead role, Brad Pitt is obviously well suited to fill his very big shoes," Access Hollywood's Scott Mantz said. "He's sexy, he's fit, he's an A-list star in his own right, and after playing a similar role in last year's blockbuster Mr. & Mrs. Smith, he's certainly got the action chops."

hmm, not sure what I think about that. I love Brad Pitt & I think he was great in Mr & Mrs Smith (among many other films) but I think to have another mega-star play that role after Tom Cruise might be .....weird.
