Strenuous activity during the tww?
Just wondering if anyone tries to avoid strenuous activity during the tww?
I am 8 dpo and I was contemplating doing some major yard work tomorrow. It would mean some streching and some heavy lifting (by myself). I don't want to be overly cautious, but we've been ttc for a while and I don't want to take any chances.
Any thoughts are much appreciated. TIA

Personally, I think I would skip the heavy lifting, just to be safe. Like you said, you don't want to take any chances (and I know I enjoy a good excuse to get out of yard work!)
