Fickle DH....
He used to get mad because I "never want to do it." Now he's P I S S E D because I've been jumping his bones every night for the past couple days (and again tonight). He says he feels like he's being used.
SERIOUSLY- you'd think he'd be happy.
So what if I have ulterior motives

Oh my god, my husband has the issue. He is normally the intiator, and now that we are trying to concieve I am always the one always asking for it, he feels his whole world is turned upside down and he's "not in the mood"!!!!!! What the heck!!!

The problem is that men always want what they can't have. They always want sex when you are not in the mood but the minute you start initiaing it, the challenge is gone and suddenly they don't want it!

I think that for most of a man's life, they do whatever they can to AVOID getting their partner pregnant. When they TTC, I am willing to bet the responsibility of fatherhood is overwhelming and very intense. It may not be just about the sex.

I have the same problem with DH. He feels used. And when he tells me he's not in the mood I say, "now you know what it's like. I was never always in the mood. But once you start you get in the mood." He never complains afterward.

Been there-
dh even once asked me if I thiught he was a piece of meat
I recommend that when its THAT time to bd- go out for dinner or have a glass of wine and let it hapopen.
It works better for us and takes the "pressure off" we actually can admit enjoying the process a little more.
Sometimes I don't mention that it is " the tie"" until after.
