I think we are so used to her being all done up. Looks like no eyeliner/mascara/fake lashes to me.
has nothing to do with makeup, IMO...one eye looks shaped differently than the other... out of place almost... and I noticed it in another pic where she did have makeup on ... in other words, it looks like she had work done... and they messed up...
She totally had a botched job done to her...

i agree with msmitcia. i think it has everything to do with not having big eyelashes on, and i think she is also trying to do the sexy one-eyebrow raise thing, but it just isn't working
the bags underneath though.. she's either on something or REALLYYYY tired

I 2nd this. And the guy she's with is Brent Bolthouse from Bolthouse studios where that chic Heidi works on the show The Hills. I can guarantee that they all dabble in disco dust.
