ooooooo the back pain...
what can I do about this...??? Last night I was in tears to even lay down.. If Im sitting, its always a challenge to get up..
Theres gotta be something I can do...(other than tylenol or prenatal massage)...
I think its worse now that Im off my feet at work.. I cant win, but I know I cant go through 2 more months of this...

I do everynight (the other night I fell asleep in it )
But as soon as I try and get up.. the pain starts up again...

Does it seem like regular back pain or sciatic nerve pain?
I"m getting the sciatic BAD now. I'm only 30 weeks and I'm expecting it to get worse.
The nurse at my dr's office recommended that my husband rub me with one of those happy massager things, up and down my back and leg. and she said to stand up in front of a wall, put your hands at shoulder height, and walk backwards as far as you can go. She says it stretches the back muscles.
Also I'd try alternating warm and cold compresses.
I'm getting a prenatal massage tomorrow so I'll let you know how it goes!

I feel your pain. I was in agony the other night and nothing took it away except resting but you say being off your feet isn't helping. Mine gets worse when I am on my feet too long and I work on my feet all day.

Is there anyway to get the prenatal massage covered by INS>
If not what do they cost and can anyone recommend one in suffolk county?
