Just don't go on a Saturday afternoon....whoa. I stood on line forever......but you really can't put something down and expect to still be there if you want to come back. Same with TJ Maxx I guess.

i LOVE filenes!!! I used to go to the one in carle Place all the time..I am excited about the levittown one to open...I actually still have a really nice Calvin Klein sweater that I got from there for sooo cheap years ago..it has held up so well and I still wear it...

I LOVED Filene's...I didn't know they were on LI. I used to go to them upstate when I lived there.
Where is the one in Levittown opening up?

God you are lucky!! I just hope they are not the same ones that i paid full price for ... for my Honeymoon! Good for you on such a great find... Where is there a Filenes Basement around?
