Does Coach repair it's products?

Does Coach repair it's products?
I have a wonderfu black leather bag (fairly large) from Coach that I used to use for work. It lasted me YEARS and now the bottom is starting to wear out and the metal is poking through. Do you think if I bring it to the store they can send it out for repair? I'd hate to throw it out because the rest of it is in great shape and it has such a classic look.
Do you think they would charge me as well? Hm.....

Yes, they do. This happened to one of my co-workers. The side seem on her bag started to tear. It was probably 4 or 5 years old. She brought it to the store and they repaired it for her. No charges.

Jenn, I tried that with my large, black signature bag, and they said I needed a receipt. The seam is coming undone on one of the pockets. I'd call first!
