Ovulation
Hi everyone, if I got my period today, when are my ovulation days? As you can see, I know NOTHING about this

it varies from woman to woman and cycle to cycle. The medical community likes to say that it happens around CD14 but for me it usually happens a bit later on CD17.
Try to pay attention to your CF..when it gets a bit thicker and heavier its a sign that you are getting close to ovulation.

Hey, just was reading your post. Just wanted to add that CF, is cervical fluid. I know you're probobly not too familiar with the abreviations. I know I wasn't. Good luck!

Every woman is different. There are all kinds of signs.
Get the book - Taking Charge of Your Fertilityby toni weschler is an excellent book.
I bought it as per recommendations by girls on here and I learned alot!
Since it is the beginning of you cycle, it is the best time to go out and get the book so you can go through the book during the day of your cycle.
