Re: WW Recipes
I previously submitted this recipe on the LIF recipe Board (the other board)
Chicken Chile Rolls
My sister in law shared this recipe and it is sooo good. Kinda spicy. 5 pts a roll. Serves 2.
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 1 Can chopped green chiles 4oz. 1/3 C. skim Milk 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 3/4 C bread crumbs 4 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast 4 tbsp. shredded reduced fat monterey jack cheese or pepperjack cheese Cooking spray toothpicks or string
Instructions
*Make sure you buy the thin sliced chicken breast.
1)Place green chiles and 1 tbsp. of cheese in each breast.
2)Roll up lengthwise and tuck in ends and secure with tootpicks or string.
3)Combine crumbs and spices.
4)Dip each chicken roll in milk and then crumbs.
5)Place in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Enjoy!!
( I have also made it the fattening way, actually frying the chicken! They are both yummy!)

Re: WW Recipes
A lot of us are doing WW so I thought we could start a recipe thread.
I love to bake and have made quite a few things lately -- but I have to try and stay on plan.
I got this recipe in my e-mail from WW last night and it looks good. It is 4 points per serving.
