Just Joined WW
Hi everyone, I just started WW again today after I got on the scale and was 20lbs heavier than on my wedding day a year ago!!!! I am so upset but i have to just do it otherwise I'll regret it. Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, I'm Kris.

I am doing flex for now, because it is what I was used to. I really want to try core, but i'm afraid it will be too hard. My friend lost ten pounds in one month on core. She was really dedicated. I just think core is too confusing. What are you doing?

Hi there--there are a bunch of us who are doing WW here--it is a great program. It really works--please join us on our weekly weigh in thread, most of us have been checking in on a regular basis, and it really helps to have other people who are going through the same thing as yourself.
Good luck with your first week!
