Where do you get your fashion ideas from?
I mostly get them from magazines. I like reading InStyle.

I have a thing for vintage styles, especially the 1940's.
So I get a lot of inspiration from watching old movies.
Actually watching "Walk the Line"(although not 40's) the other day made me want to go out & but every A-line dress I could find!
Reese Witherspoon has great style & her wardrobe in that movie was great.
InStyle has some good ideas as well.

I try to look at pics in magazines and piece together a look with what I've got. Or if I see a piece in the store, I try to picture what it could go with. Or I look at mannequins which are, btw, WAY TO FRIGGIN SKINNY!!!

When I lived/worked in the city I was a big people watcher and window shopper. Now, I have a hard time really knowing what is "in." But I buy what like and what I feel good in.
