High cervix?
I forget, When your cervix is high, what does that mean?

I think its when your ovulating? I though I read that this morning on a different post. I forget a lot myself!
Found where I read it from a different post:
"What I would do, is, definitely concentrate on my cervical mucus and change in cervix position. ."Your cervix should be quite "high" during "peak" time. I would work on increasing my cervical mucus (lots of water, carrots, carrot juice, v8 splash, vitality drink from trader joe's, evening primrose oil, all help with CM, or use "pre seed" so that I could Bd a bit before my surge, and have a greater chance of the sperm living. The sperm can live up to 5 and even 7 days in the 'right environment" so if you bd beforehand, it's definitely better than after. Some people do surge the day they O

I check it's position with my finger. If I can't or hardly reach it, i consider it high

Great explanation! What gets me, if my cervix is high, peak fertility time, its frustrating I can't get a surge on OPK. Last 3 days nothing! grrr...

It might be off due to your m/c I am not sure though

I was going to reply, but then I realized my post was cut and pasted :) Yes, high cervix is a sign O may occur. Unfortunately miscarriage confuses the body ....but, O is coming for you Michele, I know it :)
