Met fans should be proud
yes we didn't advance to the world series, but they did might fine without the pitching. everyone should be proud of the work that they did. chavez's play will be shown for many years to come

We had a great season. It was a tough postseason, we lost a few good men, but we did damm well. So this year wasn't our year, but there is always next!

i agree....i would be proud of them for the MOST part..
leaving the men on bases 2xs they way they did and that last inning..
that was just a stab to the heart...NOT sure iw ould be proud of that

We met fans should be proud! All teams leave men stranded on base, just ask A-Rod he knows better than anybody what that's like...

like....well it is what cost them the game
so i wouldn't be proud of that per say...
It was THEIR chance to make it to the world series..
they had not only one BUT two chances
and that last one...
men on base....NO OUTS
one by one getting picked off...
and going out watching the ball fly by you
that has got to be utterly sickening 
ETA...and bedda...this convo was about the METS....NOT the Yanks...
No need to bring miscellaneous BS into a convo..Try sticking to the topic at hand shall we

No need to be sad. We still great and had such an exciting season. They were really fun to watch. Met fans are in love with their team!
