I don't think he's out, but he has been pretty ambigious about his sexuality. My guess is bi or closeted gay.

I heard that Jason Statham (sp?) - the guy who's in the Transporter and some other action films is gay, too. So it's either him or Vin.

Yeah, I was devasted when I kept reading that because he's SO SO SO hot. I still hold out hope though because it's totally not confirmed.
