overstock.com - liars!
I have posted about a bad experience I had with them in the past when I bought sheets. the sheets were horrible quality, felt like sand paper. and they advertised them as "made from imported fabric". it was imported alright - from CHINA! 
now I have a fashion related vent (well, it's my mom's vent). My mom bought a lamb skin leather jacket from them. when she got it, she could not believe they had the nerve to call that lamb. she said it was the nastiest and cheapest leather she ever saw and the fit was horrible. she called to return it and found out that they're charging her a $5 re-stocking fee

I have only bought sheets and pillows from them and have been very happy with what i got.

i have bought a few things from them and have been happy - sorry you had a bad experience.
it says on their return policy on their website they charge a restocking fee for all returns.
try www.smartbargains.com for sheets and stuff - i have seen some pretty good deals on there.
