Cheesecake Recipe

Can someone please point me in the direction of a FANTASTIC cheesecake recipe, a real New York Style one. My in laws are coming this weekend and I want to make a good one!

Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake

Use two mixing bowls. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes
Use 1 box Duncan Hines Family Brownie Mix.
Make as directed but if you prefer chewy, add one more egg.

For cream cheese mixture

3 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat cheese mixture, add sugar, beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, add vanilla. Beat all well and until smooth.

Using spring form pan, grease well, layer 1/2 brownie mix, next layer is all cream cheese, final layer is the remaining brownie mix.

Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes

It is sooooooo good but you really have to watch it and make sure it's cooked. If when you are taking it out of the oven it looks jiggly, cook it a little longer.
