Need Ideas for Tuesday!
We are having a party at work, and are all brinig in a dish. I'd like to make something hot, but our microwave is so small, it cannot fit any kind of corningware in it...our toaster can fit 3-4 pieces of toast, and thats it...
I have 2 crockpots, but am out of ideas of what to make..don;t want to make a major meal, but just some sort of appetizer thing...
any suggestions??
I do have a HUGE George Foreman grill, but not sure what is easy to cook on it...besides the usuall..hot dogs, hambrugers, sausage, chicken...

Re: Need Ideas for Tuesday!
This is an AWSOME taco dip that goes over well at EVERY PARTY I HAVE and it's soooo simple - you can probaby do it in the crockpot as well, as it is really a matter of just heating it through and melting the cheese....The instructions here are for the oven, but you can change it to use the crockpot.
2 cans hormel chili, no beans 2 small jars of salsa or 1 large 2 packages shredded taco cheese (I buy sargento) 1 bar of cream cheese jalapenos
In a baking dish, mix the chili and the salsa together. Then, slice the cream cheese into thin slices to cover the chili/salsa mixture. (you are best off leaving the cream cheese in the fridge until ready to slice because it is firmer and easier to slice!)
Put in the oven at 400 degrees until warmed through (probably 30 minutes)
Then put the cheese on top and bake another 5 until the cheese is melted. Top with sliced japenos and serve with Tortilla Chips (scoops work well and so do Tostitos gold as they are stronger)
