How far along
I had a miscarriage in September(the last week) and I just got a BFP...I was waiting and waiting for AF but she never showed! 
So, anyway, how far along could I be?

Congrats, I guess your doctor will have to tell you how far along you are.

I am in the same situation and the only way they can tell is through a sono. Congrats now we have 3 people all together that had a miscarriage in Sept and have conceived. How exciting!

A sono would have to tell for sure. But if you m/c'd the end of Sept, figure you prob o'd 2-3 weeks after, you are most likely 4 maybe 5 weeks pg.

I agree-You probably O'd sometime the week of 10/15-do you remember EWCM? That would narrow it down. You usually O a day or two after your CM ends

the first day of my last period was 9/23 and my due date is 6/30, so around there, give or take a week
