Pumkpin Cookies

1 cup pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup oil
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup nuts (optional, preferably pecans)
1 egg
2 cups all purpose, unsifted flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix well all ingredients except flour and chocolate chips. Once mixed, add flour, then chocolate chips in that order.
Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet (or no stick surface). Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.

* Triple recipe for large can of pumpkin
