My turn for the downward spiral .... again

I hate this roller coaster. I am down again. I am feeling miserable, nothing makes me happy and I just want to crawl up in a corner somewhere. I am fat, miserable, tired and unhappy. I start a diet every morning, by afternoon its over. I have nothing that fits me anymore and I wiegh as much as I did after giving birth to my DS almost 4 year ago. OK 4 years ago alone is upsetting enough.

I wish I could blame it on PMS but I am CD12.

DH and I are fighting, and he blames it on IF. Since we are on a break now I dont see that as a factor, but I do recognize that it is always lingering in the background. But I HATE that it has to get dragged in all the time. Cant I just have a crappy day??

Hopefully I'll feel better by morning.

I'm sorry Pauline. Even though you're on a break its always there with you. Its tough, this situation we're in. Lots of to you, and I'm sorry you're feeling down now. I'm in the 2ww actually and I can feel some cramping for AF coming on.

Thanks eveyrone, I do feel a little better this mroning. I slept late so I'll be late for work and DH is still asleep so I avent had to talk to him yet. BUt for the moment I feel a little better

Seriously though Pauline- I wish there was a way to make this easier. Anything any of us oculd say or do to cheer you up. There isisnt...But dont hold back the vents. One thing friends can do is listen .

Your handling all of this very well, its ok to break down and be miserable once in a while...

Thanks girls. I really cherish the true friends I have made here. I am feeling much better today. You know yesterday I wanted to quit my job and just stay in bed. But today at work when I realized that for me its good therapy. Its the one place where I can feel that I am good at what I do, I can make a difference and I AM IN CONTROL. If I want something I do what I need to to get it done. I think thats the hardest part of IF for me... being sooo powerless. No amount of hard work can get me what I want. But at work I have 8 hours of being in control and also being too busy to think about this.

Tonight DH has DS at my ILs. An old frined called so a few of us went out. Had some drinks and just laughed for hours. Its good medicine.

Hang in there. I'm sorry this has been so hard on you. I can totally relate to feeling bad about yourself too...it's so hard to feel good about other things when you feel bad about the way you look. I try to make myself put as much effort in to losing the rest of this baby weight as I put in to tryng to get PG...but it's a battle every day.

I'm sorry everything seems to be snowballing on you. I hope you feel better soon, take one day at a time.
