I made this a few nights ago and it was good!

1 lb of ground meat
approx 2 handfuls of Frozen vegetables
a handful of chedder cheese cubes -
diced small
mashed potatoes

Preheat the over at 400
Layer all ingredients in a baking dish in this order: Meat on bottom, frozen veggies (as much or as little as you want). Sprinkle the cubes of cheese over the veggies and top with mashed potatoes. Pour melted butter on top, or just spread a pat of butter on top, and bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until the top of the mashed potatoes starts turning brown.

SO GOOD!
