I just don't understand steak....
I can spend 30 mins in the steak section and still not know what is good to buy. Top round, shoulder, rump, sirloin . Too many!!! What type of steak is flavorful but not tough? TIA

the more fat it has, the more flavorful it will be. My grandma taught me.....my great grandfather was a butcher.
We stick to rib eyes. sometimes they are $$ so I'll get a top round or london broil.

The Williams Sonoma Grilling Cookbook is a GREAT learning tool about the different parts of the animals, what the cuts are called and what they are good for.
It is one of my favorite cook books and I highly recommend it.
